  • About the Role:

    As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a key role in managing global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations.
  • About the Team/Department:

    This position is based in Italy, under the supervision of the Manager, FP&A – Global Procurement based in Racine, Wisconsin.
  • Responsibilities:


    • Report, budget, and forecast regional and global commodity inflation & PPV and own feedstock tracking & reporting
    • Partner with Global and Regional Procurement functions to identify and track annual cost savings opportunities, including working capital improvement
    • Support MEA Finance validation for Procurement-led molds and investment at 3rd party manufacturer and supplier locations
    • Support Commercial Finance on commodity-driven price increase justification
    • Manage key global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations
    • Lead Global Procurement process improvement initiatives and ensure procurement-related controls are in place
    • Ensure financial controls are in place for signing and executing contracts in accordance with the Delegation of Authority agreement
    • Perform financial assessment of suppliers
    • Partner to develop, influence, and implement category direct spend strategies
    • Partner with the Procurement team on key direct and indirect negotiations
    • Drive and support initiatives to increase AP and Cash value (SCF)


  • Experience You'll Bring:


    • Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A (Supply Chain Finance a plus)
    • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, and related
