Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Business Partner to join our team at Gruber Logistics. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the driver attraction, development, and management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driver Management: Develop and implement strategies to control driver personnel costs, manage requests from branches and business units, and create retention measures.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and develop new driver markets, plan strategically demand, and acquire the latest market development know-how.
  • Recruiting: Supervise decentralized recruiting activities and set recruiting standards.
  • Training: Develop entry training and onboarding programs for drivers, create continuous training programs, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of training.
  • Employer Branding Attraction: Develop an employer branding concept, plan and implement employer branding events, and define standards for drivers' housing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, transportation, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in driver management, strategic sourcing, training, or employer branding in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the transportation market, legal regulations, driver needs, and expectations.
  • High level of proficiency in English; Italian and German are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and abroad.
