About the Role
Abilio, a company within the illimity Group, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to drive the digital transformation of the organization. This strategic role will focus on the digital transformation of Abilio and the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the realization and evolution of complex projects with impacts on IT applications, utilizing Agile/SCRUM methodology.
- Apply knowledge of best practices in agile development (TDD, Continuous Integration, DevOps), leading database engines, and AWS cloud to bring innovation within the area of expertise.
- Map the architecture of IT systems and define the state of the art of solutions developed and currently in production.
- Guide the evolution of the architecture based on the company's strategy, requirements, and business needs, identifying new trends/technologies, and developing PoC to accelerate the company's digitalization process.
- Design the architecture of an application, including components such as the user interface, services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Define guidelines for application and data development teams, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure that the architecture is aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Previous solid experience as a software engineer and familiarity with our technology stack: Vue, TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, MySQL, PHP Symfony, C#, Flutter, AWS, Kafka, Redis.
- Solid experience with major cloud providers (preferably AWS) and the three service models IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS.
- Knowledge of the main integration methodologies between modules: SOA, API, open data, microservices, event-driven.
- Experience in API design: RESTful services, GraphQL.
- Strong determination to achieve set goals.
- Good organizational skills, proactivity, and problem-solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of the AWS: Solution Architect certification and knowledge of application development to support the real estate business (proptech) will be considered a plus.
