About the Role

Boston Consulting Group is a leading management consulting firm that partners with top business leaders to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. As a Risk Management Associate, you will be a fundamental part of our team, working alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry to develop diverse topics and support our ambitious growth targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work on impactful projects that combine a deep understanding of the specific business with BCG's trademark strategic expertise.
  • Play a role in the growth of diverse topics through case execution and client development.
  • Work on top priority topics while gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand complex business challenges.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the solutions proposed are tailored to the client's specific context.
  • Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to both the BCG project team and client stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for exceptional talent to join us. You would typically have:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in industry-related and/or consulting roles.
  • Strong academic track record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel frequently.
