About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Corporate Advisory Team in Mid-market M&A. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including transaction execution, pitching efforts, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in day-to-day transaction execution and pitching efforts
  • Assist in the drafting of presentations, information memoranda, and other marketing materials
  • Build skills and attributes in running financial models (DCF, LBO) and other valuation data sets
  • Support the team in all relevant duties related to a due diligence process
Requirements
  • Excellent academic record with international experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Italian)
  • Highly motivated and a pro-active team worker
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
