Commercial Development Specialist

Ali Spa, a leading agency for employment, is seeking a Commercial Development Specialist for a client company based in Chiusi. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, and supporting the commercial team in implementing business strategies.

The role will cover the Tuscany and Umbria regions, with regular visits and appointments organized during the day. The position does not require overnight stays, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. While experience in similar roles is not essential, the company values junior candidates who can be trained and developed in a growth-oriented environment.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and expand the existing client portfolio
• Monitor the market and customer demand
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate with clients

• Analyze customer feedback to improve products and services

• Previous experience in commercial or business development roles is preferred but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation
