Product Management Specialist

Biolchim, a global leader in biostimulants, is seeking a Product Manager to drive business results in the assigned geography.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze and define current product positioning according to Global Marketing Director guidelines.
- Review product portfolio composition, positioning, and timing to optimize business outcomes.
- Own and update product information across the organization to drive product management throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage Product Management functionality in the CRM tool, setting up SKUs and price lists.
- Lead product launch activities in designated geographies, supported by Product Training.
- Collaborate with Commercial Directors to suggest corrective actions for product portfolio positioning.
Requirements & Qualifications
- University degree in Biology, Agronomy, Chemistry, or Business Management.
- 7+ years of experience in product, sales, or marketing, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing principles.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
