Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our esteemed Professional Services team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the architecture of our new integration product, focusing on process automation and the delivery of customized reports. You will also be involved in a significant internal migration project, which includes integrating numerous connectors into a new programming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an international team to develop APIs and integrations that ensure successful project execution.
- Transform and manipulate data to meet client specifications.
- Document deliverables and track project tasks effectively.
- Engage with both internal and external clients to gather requirements, validate scenarios, and map demands.
- Generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Query data and create tailored reports for users.
- Review reports to identify and rectify data issues.
- Identify opportunities for business and process enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze business metrics.
- Promote a culture of well-being by supporting colleagues in achieving work-life balance.
Who You Are
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Clean Code principles and development best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/NodeJS.
- Experienced with SQL/NoSQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
- Familiar with REST APIs and HTTP best practices.
- Skilled in manipulating CSV and XLSX data formats.
- Fluent in English.
- Experienced in managing high-traffic APIs.
- Knowledgeable in monitoring and KPI tracking.
- Previous experience in international projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, version control, and GIT.
