Bartender Extraordinaire

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at The Social Hub Belfiore in Florence, Italy. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and providing top-notch service to our guests.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to our discerning guests.
• Engage with guests, offering personalized service and making drink recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Stay up-to-date with our beverage offerings and participate in ongoing training and development to stay ahead of the curve.
• Assist with event bar setups and private functions, providing exceptional service to our guests.
• Be a secret concierge for the city, answering guests' questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop, or have fun.

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end or high-volume bar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality with a flair for customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods.
• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with professional calm.
