About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our Italian Sales Team at NTT DATA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Client Managers and driving sales targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a local sales strategy to deliver regional organisational sales plan objectives.
  • Define sales procedures and policies, ensuring alignment with sales leadership.
  • Drive operational plans and identify areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
  • Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification for large or complex deals.
  • Collaborate with account teams to leverage NTT capabilities and create a strong client satisfaction journey.
  • Coach and advise Client Managers and Sales Team to set and achieve priority activities.
  • Take final responsibility for sales systems, sales reports, and sales forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics/technology field or equivalent.
  • Extended relevant experience in similar role within ICT Market (preferred system integration business).
  • Strong experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
  • Extended experience dealing with clients and engaging with different stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Able to work in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in using sales tools as Salesforce.
  • Business acumen.
  • Strong capabilities in motivating people and managing complex negotiations.
