Electrical Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join our E-commerce Technologies team at Coesia. As a key member of our divisional team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of a new divisional product dedicated to the E-commerce market.
Reporting to the E-commerce Technologies Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting internal and external resources focused on engineering design;
- Researching and evaluating electrical components;
- Ensuring compliance with current machine safety regulations;
- Monitoring machine performance levels, controls, and magnetic fields;
- Acting as a technical reference for internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field of automation machinery, a Master's degree in automation, electronics, or a related field, and a good understanding of EPLAN. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
What You Need to Be Successful- Proven experience in electrical engineering and automation;
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and machinery safety regulations;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage resources effectively;
- Willingness to travel (20/30% of the time).
