Responsibilities:

* Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
* Supervise and train cooks to meet the needs of the dining facility
* Implement and enforce health and safety protocols

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in food service management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
* Health certificates issued by a licensed medical doctor
