As part of this mission, Eaton's Mobility Group offers a wide range of products in the aftermarket segment, including commercial vehicle transmissions, clutches, and services, as well as high-performance TVS superchargers, rugged differentials, and performance ring and pinion gearsets. These offerings enable our customers to maintain and enhance their operations with confidence.

We seek an experienced Global Business Growth Strategist who can drive strategic growth and manage our product portfolio from locations in Europe, such as Turin, Italy, or Poland, Tczew, or France, Le Ulis or Coignieres. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding supplier partnerships, and aligning the aftermarket portfolio with market trends and customer needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new aftermarket opportunities, including markets, partnerships, and products
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand market share and revenue in EMEA
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate strategic partnerships
  • Portfolio Management: Lead the development and execution of the aftermarket portfolio strategy, including product lifecycle management
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage the performance of the aftermarket portfolio, optimizing pricing, positioning, and promotion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Automotive industry
  • Financial Skills: Proficient in P&L management, cost estimating, and pricing
  • Knowledge of the aftermarket market and customer base
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, any additional languages are an advantage
  • Expertise in value proposition design and communication
