We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Market Access Analyst to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Real World Solution Team in Milan, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver innovative solutions to our clients in the Life Science Sector.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth literature reviews and develop comprehensive Disease landscape, Competitors & HTA analysis to inform our clients' business decisions.
- Support the development of product positioning and target population strategies to maximize market access and revenue growth.
- Build and communicate key value messages and payer value propositions to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of our clients' products and services.
- Prepare and execute pricing and reimbursement dossiers (National & Regional) and value communication tools to support our clients' market access goals.
- Support payer and KOL consultations to capture stakeholder insights through primary research interviews, advisory boards, and preference elicitation methods.
- Support the preparation and execution of client workshops to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on economic and clinical data to inform our clients' business decisions and develop recommendations.
- Work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with others to achieve shared goals and supporting team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- MSc degree in Life Science or Economics disciplines with a strong record of academic achievement.
- A second degree or course in Market Access/Health Economics is considered a plus.
- At least 1-year work experience gained preferably with a consulting firm specialized in the Market Access field.
- Knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and Market access dynamics.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Proactivity, curiosity, keenness to learn, and commitment to a rapid development curve.
