About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Trading Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a Digital Trading Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and providing them with tailored solutions to help them succeed on our platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting prospects by telephone and email to showcase our solutions.
  • Using product knowledge to provide customized solutions to our customers.
  • Working closely with our Digital Car Trading Specialist to ensure customer engagement.
  • Reporting weekly sales goals and objectives to your direct manager.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
