About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Crowdsourcing Best Practice Team in Rome. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing weekly campaigns that engage our community members and promote our digital services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage campaign needs and create engaging content for participants;
  • Moderate and increase communication between participants and other online communities;
  • Develop strategies to increase community membership through social media advertising and collaborations;
  • Create and publish posts on our social media platforms and other networks.
Requirements
  • Very good knowledge of English and Italian language;
  • Bachelor's degree or professional training in Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
  • Passion for social media and online marketing;
  • Flexibility and ability to think creatively;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, crisis management, and conflict resolution.
Nice to Have
  • Fluent knowledge of Portuguese;
  • Experience in digital marketing and community management;
  • Knowledge of big data and digital marketing campaigns.
