A strong understanding of the food or packaging industry, preferably in a quality department, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, analytical abilities, and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities also involve analyzing data to identify trends, visiting customers to understand their needs, and working closely with various teams to implement improvements. Regular travel (approximately 30% of the time) is expected to meet with customers and evaluate current processes.
