Commissioning and Start-up Manager

KT - Kinetics Technology is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning and Start-up Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful commissioning and start-up of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Commissioning Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commissioning strategy for each project, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure a smooth and efficient start-up process.
  • Project Deliverables: Oversee the preparation and delivery of all project-related documents, ensuring that they meet the required quality and consistency standards.
  • Cost Management: Ensure that commissioning costs are managed within the assigned budget, identifying and mitigating any potential cost overruns.
  • Project Review and Meetings: Participate in project review meetings, HAZOP studies, and constructability reviews to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Interface Management: Interface with engineering departments, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the project.
  • Organization and Coordination: Organize and coordinate all site activities, from pre-commissioning to performance testing, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure a successful start-up.
  • Corrective Actions: Identify and implement corrective actions to overcome any issues or delays that may arise during the project.
  • Training and Development: Organize technical training for project team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • HSSE Coordination: Coordinate with the Project HSSE Manager to ensure that all HSSE requirements are met.
  • Client Relationship: Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client project management team to ensure a seamless handover.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in commissioning and start-up, with experience in managing complex projects. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
