About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team within Accor Group, specifically within our luxury hospitality division. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and optimal functioning of information technology systems within our high-end hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure Management
    • Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the hotel's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
    • Manage servers, networks, and communication systems to support daily operations and future growth.
  • Software Solutions
    • Evaluate, select, and implement software applications that enhance guest experiences, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency.
    • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the integration of industry-leading software solutions tailored to the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Data Security and Compliance
    • Develop and enforce robust data security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and inspire the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide training and professional development opportunities for IT staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration with Hotel Departments
    • Work closely with Hotel's departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
    • Implement technology strategies that align with the overall business objectives and enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT management within the luxury hospitality or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, property management systems, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Expertise in data security, network infrastructure, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
