Are you ready to turn the challenges of digitalization into the solutions of the future? At Boston Consulting Group, we're looking for a talented Digital Transformation Expert to join our team and help leading global companies tackle their core IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies to ensure their success in the digital transformation journey
  • Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establishing modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD
  • Analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures, applying comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline
  • At least three years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development
  • Strong technical expertise and interest in technology trends, including machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex topics in both Italian and English
