Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their private residence. As a vocational nursing care specialist, you will administer nursing services and treatments as assigned, while working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing services and treatments as assigned
- Implement the nursing care plan for each patient
- Provide preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures as needed
- Teach and counsel patients and their families on nursing care needs and other related problems
- Prepare clinical and progress notes

Requirements:
- Graduate of a state-approved school of practical (vocational) nursing and currently licensed in the state of California
- At least 1 year of experience in nursing, or new graduates welcome
- Current CPR certification
