Job Mission:
To develop and implement cutting-edge packaging solutions that meet the company's high standards for functionality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative packaging materials and solutions.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of new packaging solutions and collaborate with the design team to develop prototypes.
- Manage testing and validation of packaging materials to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging solutions for new marketing projects.
- Develop and maintain packaging specifications and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensure that packaging components and systems meet quality requirements and specifications.
Competencies & Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of material specification and transformation technology.
- Knowledge and ability to use equipment to validate packaging specifications.
