About the Role
Sinch, a leading provider of mobile engagement and customer communication solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Commissions Manager to join our dynamic Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and coordinating end-to-end sales commission processes, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, and reporting on performance. You will work closely with regional and global teams, stakeholders, and other departments to harmonize and optimize sales commission frameworks and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize sales commission E2E processes from quota setting, sales incentive plans issuance, commission calculations to commission pay-out.
- Be a reliable partner to various regional and global teams and stakeholders for anything related to sales commissions, calculations, SIP issuing, etc.
- Work closely with regional RevOps and FPA teams to harmonize, optimize, and create frameworks and processes around sales commissions.
- Ensure that sales commissions are calculated accurately and timely and report on the performance.
- Identify requirements and gaps in data, mechanics, metrics, calculation principles, drive improvements and ensure process efficiency.
- Design global governance framework, approval process, objection management and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related areas.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, running or being part of a Sales Commission team, FPA, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong experience with sales compensation and commission principles, financial and business analysis.
- High attention to detail, structured, and able to analyze complex issues and propose creative solutions.
- Self-starter, able to work with little coordination, someone who takes the initiative and steers their work independently.
