The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing plans that drive revenue growth and improve profitability across all KIKO Milano direct countries.

This role will involve collaborating with sales and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and in-store activations that maximize customer engagement and sales.

The successful candidate will also manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing trade marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and in-store activations
  • Managing the trade marketing budget and allocating resources effectively
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Degree in Business or related fields
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in an international environment
  • Previous experience in the Beauty or Fashion industry is highly appreciated
  • Fluent English, other languages as a plus
