About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Milan. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for performing outbound sales activities, developing effective messaging, and uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B enterprise customers.
  2. Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives.
  3. Develop Account Management Skill Set by offloading critical tasks from the Account Executives.
  4. Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and help to drive the expansion of Dell Technologies' footprint.
  5. Complete development curriculum to demonstrate core strengths needed to progress to Inside Sales role.

Requirements

  1. Business / IT related degree & fully graduate from January 2023.
  2. 0-12 months of full-time work experience.
  3. Drive, determination, and a strong work ethic.
  4. Excellent presentation and communication skills and attention to details.
  5. Passion for sales and technology.
