About the Role

P&G is seeking a skilled Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a Programmatic Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for executing digital media campaigns on time and with internal controls, constantly looking for alliances and efficiencies across brands' media plans & vehicles (social, i-video, search).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design programmatic campaign strategies
  • End-to-end execution of programmatic buys: understanding targets and business objectives
  • Setup, launch, trafficking, and optimizing of campaigns in the media buying platforms (DSPs)
  • Ability to recommend an appropriate mix of strategies and tactics inside the DSP to help drive delivery KPIs and specific media targets (brand awareness, engagement, or conversions goals)
  • Manage day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and reporting of campaigns, forecasting media spends and KPIs goals
  • Prepare deliverables and reports around pacing, optimization, and testing analyses
  • Bringing innovative ideas about campaign's strategies and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and regularly documenting Programmatic industry trends
  • Ensure quality in Digital Programmatic campaigns' executions (brand awareness and performance), lead end-to-end process (stay in sync with timings) & achieve briefed objectives
  • Connects externally to get in touch with industry & consumers trends
  • Work together with Marketing Technologist to enable deliver a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand basic data structure, business fit, and flows across involved systems

Requirements

  • Mandatory programmatic campaigns' management (set up, optimization & reporting) in Digital Agency / eCommerce / Start up
  • Preferable experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods' companies is highly appreciated
  • Accountable, Independent, Organized, Curious, Dedicated, Analytical
  • At Least Intermediate English level
  • Mandatory, Microsoft Office Package. Programmatic Buying Platforms such DV360 or The Trade Desk
  • Preferable, Adserving & Audit Tools' management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus
