Marketing Analyst Internship

RINA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst Intern to join its Global Marketing and Pricing Division. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and support client engagement and business development initiatives by assisting in managing communication processes, conducting research, and coordinating marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Business Development staff in planning and preparing for client meetings, conducting secondary research on client buying patterns to support meeting preparations.
- Monitor client solicitation websites and databases to identify potential opportunities, providing regular updates to the Business Development team.
- Conduct research and analyze client, market, competitor, and industry data to support business development strategies, providing insights to inform business development strategies and pursuits.
- Collaborate with division staff to maintain standard marketing materials, including project fact sheets and corporate resumes.
- Collect, organize, and format content for various marketing activities to support marketing initiatives.
- Analyze data on the existing customer base to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement, providing actionable insights to support marketing strategies.
- Fluency in Italian and a good level of English are required.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
