Job Purpose

As a Store Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the back of house operations at our store. Your passion for the brand and professionalism will enable you to effectively manage inventory control, retrieve stock efficiently, and maintain a tidy workspace.

  • Ensure accurate receiving and handling of stock orders, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
  • Support sales teams by retrieving stock on time, including Omnichannel and stock pullback requests.
  • Maintain a compliant and organized back of house area, adhering to Retail Operations standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks on products and report any issues to the store lead.
  • Support aftersales processes, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance customer experience.
  • Verify that all stockroom equipment is functioning correctly and address any concerns through our maintenance services.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, managing stationery, and supermarket orders.
  • Collaborate with store management on events, visual merchandising, stocktaking, and other duties as required.
Personal Profile
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • Prior experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Able to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
