About the Role
The Senior Biostatistics Lead will play a key role in the Worldwide Clinical Trials team, working closely with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to develop customized solutions for clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the statistics support for one or more projects/sponsor programs, ensuring timely and expert statistical consultancy and support.
- Lead the development of statistical design and analysis policies, providing expert consultancy across the stats function.
- Collaborate with the sponsor, study team, programmers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
- Provide statistical leadership to projects within clinical research, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external groups, such as DMCs and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a lead statistician in clinical research, with a strong background in statistical applications and regulatory standards.
- Expert-level project statistician with experience in guiding and mentoring other statisticians.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer literacy and numeracy, with experience in adapting to various computer systems.
