Job Description

A Retail Sales Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for leading and developing our sales floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach sales floor team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
  • Cross-train team members in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a leader on duty as scheduled and provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • 1 year experience in retail leadership role
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, email, and telephone
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
