Adecco Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Planning Coordinator for a metalmeccanica B2B company in Bergamo. As a key member of the production planning team, you will report to the Group Supply Manager and be responsible for:

• Coordinating a team of planners to plan production for one or more manufacturing facilities
• Analyzing and planning articles purchased from third-party suppliers
• Coordinating with various departments to align production plans with inventory objectives
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide production updates and resolve issues
• Analyzing KPIs to improve output
• Participating in projects and proposing actions to improve service levels and efficiency

• Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia, or related fields
• At least 4 years of experience in production planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and towards objectives
• Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
