WE VALUE IN OUR TEAM MEMBERS:

  • Over 18 months of experience in a customer-focused retail environment, with at least 12 months in a managerial role.
  • Strong grasp of Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management, along with effective training capabilities and a degree in management.
  • Advanced analytical skills to enhance store profitability. Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and efficient decision-making abilities. Understanding of store needs and proactive responsiveness.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, coach, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build a diverse and inclusive team by recruiting, planning, coaching, and motivating team members while exemplifying a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Take initiative in your own and your team's development by completing relevant training and effectively applying knowledge on the sales floor.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by establishing clear expectations, analyzing data and trends to challenge the status quo, and addressing areas for improvement to maximize store profitability.
  • Oversee and manage all operational tasks within the store, including Visual Merchandising, Replenishment, and Inventory processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR, legal, and company policies to maintain a safe and productive shopping environment for customers and a supportive workplace for team members.
