About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistic Supervisor to join our team at Albelissa, a leading company in the biomedical sector. As a Logistic Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement process to increase profitability and optimize supplying time, coordinate inventories of stored items, and correct discrepancies.
  • Master planning activities to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and activities, and manage transactions in the ERP system.
  • Manage inventories of stored items and correct discrepancies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement replenishment plans, reorder processes, and support transportation definition to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business objectives.
  • Design, propose, and implement action plans to optimize incoming and procurement processes.
  • Manage customer orders for raw materials, inspect and deliver them to meet quality standards.
  • Manage returns shipments to suppliers and coordinate shipment of materials to other production sites according to planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Economics or Engineering degree.
  • Proficient in standard logistics software.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • English language - Intermediate level.

Provincia di Vercelli, al confine con Torino.

Contract Type

Contratto a tempo indeterminato, con inquadramento da definire in funzione di competenza ed esperienza acquisite.
