About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food Safety & Quality Senior Manager to join our team at Kraft Heinz. As a key member of our EPDM Western Europe Operations BU, you will be responsible for ensuring the full adherence with company compliance policies and legal standards for food safety and food quality of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assure the full adherence with company compliance policies and legal standards for food safety and food quality of the site.
  • Support implementation of new standards and continuous quality improvement plans.
  • Develop, improve and review the effectiveness of quality assurance system.
  • Lead the quality process and product improvements including supporting R&D and procurement for new projects implementation.
  • Performance, technical ability and certification of the ISO 17025 certified Central laboratory.

Requirements

  • MS Office
  • ERP system
  • SAP
  • People Management
  • Fluent in English and Italian

Qualifications

  • Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology, Engineering master's degree
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience
