About the Opportunity
AABB E-mobility B.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Process Owner to join its team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, building, and implementing efficient Purchase to Pay processes across the organization. As a key member of the Group Finance Team Lead, they will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic financial decision-making.

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in financial process management, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial topics and translate results into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Designing and building-up group processes in close collaboration with all group functions and entities
  2. Implementing effective and efficient processes to support e-mobility business, ensuring a smooth transition during separation process and overseeing proper execution of service level agreements
  3. Reinventing accounts payable with intelligent and proactive approach to improve cash flow, prevent expense fraud, boost compliance, and enhance supplier and user experiences
  4. Assisting countries in defining and implementing robust processes constantly reviewed and monitored
  5. Combining process knowledge with digital technologies to break functional silos in Account Payable and deliver superior outcomes
  6. Implementation support (VAT, legal and technical) to local projects from Group
  7. Assisting in developing and implementing processes and procedures, and continuously optimizing to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains
  8. Managing Finance Master Data

Requirements:
  1. At least 7 years professional experience in a similar role of a global company;
  2. Managing diverse teams in executing and delivering results in an international environment within tight deadlines;
  3. A University degree (Bachelor/Master) plus further professional qualification;
  4. Advanced attitude in problem solving, including the ability see the big picture and to logically structure and implement an appropriate operational framework;
  5. Continuous improvements oriented;
  6. Working knowledge of SAP is a plus;
  7. Hands on, action orientated, team player;
  8. Fluency in English, Italian is a plus.
