We are seeking an exceptional Financial Analyst to join our Customer Accounting & Incomes Team within the Finance & Administration function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and interpreting data to help the team take actionable steps to improve their performance and meet goals.
Key Responsibilities- Gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns
- Interpreting data to inform business decisions
- Submitting reports to relevant department heads and management
- Developing and implementing new data gathering and analysis techniques
- Formulating procedural manuals for all departments
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounting analysis, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of payment principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preference will be given to candidates knowing Python and Power BI
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
