Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate the activities of the Supervisory Board and Management Board, ensuring timely preparation and execution of meetings and minutes.
  • Manage the organization of Shareholders' Meetings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Update and amend the Bank's By-laws, ensuring alignment with corporate governance best practices.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the Bank's compliance with applicable supervisory requirements.

Requirements

  • Law degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in major banks and/or prominent international law firms, with a track record in bank corporate governance.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to interact with Top Management and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
