Join Our Sales Team

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Sales Department in Milan. As a Sales Intern, you will have the chance to work with a successful team, alongside peers who are always seeking to reach the next level.

Our internship program offers outstanding opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge, gain real business experience, and get exposure to senior leadership. You will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Enter sales orders, apply discounts, and use SAP.
  • Extract sales data, analyze data with company tools.
  • Handle relationships with the buyer's assistants of key clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for internal/external use.
  • Commercial back-office work.
  • Use IRI for sell-out data analysis.
  • Support in handling communications with the sell-out team for promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved).
  • Proficient in English and Italian.
  • Good command of MS office, especially Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional Attributes:

  • Strong affinity with Sales and/or data analytics looking to be trained in real business life conditions.
  • Interpersonal skills: You'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
  • Confident: You're a go-getter, you're not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
  • Team player: achieving results is nice but achieving results with the team is simply the best You're a great teammate, which means you're sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.
