Our Mission

We are seeking a Procurement Strategist interested in learning and making a difference in the Global Direct Procurement team. The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic environment managing our core procurement category at national and international levels.

The successful candidate will support the procurement team on various initiatives and special projects with a strategic perspective. Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end governance of strategic suppliers, monitoring performance, and contract execution
  • Contribution to the identification and development of savings opportunities, ensuring effective savings strategies and achieving company targets
  • Category Procurement Management, including performance monitoring, strategy definition, and implementation (scouting, negotiation, and contract definition)
  • Sourcing strategy implementation across all markets and collaboration with local teams
  • Service as the primary point of contact for direct procurement in cross-functional projects, actively engaging in marketing and sustainability initiatives
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and effectiveness

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A background in Economics, Management, or related fields
  • Fluent English skills and a willingness to work with multicultural teams
  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Natural organizational skills and responsiveness to internal and external customer requests
  • A positive attitude towards teamwork and building a collaborative workplace
  • Up to 4 years of experience in direct procurement or strategic sourcing roles, preferably in a global or multinational company
