Overview
Aon is seeking a Regional Marketing Director Emea to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Emea region.

About the Role
The Regional Marketing Director Emea will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans that align with Aon's global marketing strategy, while also tailoring content to suit local markets and demands.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive growth and ensure alignment with Aon's global marketing strategy
• Collaborate with regional leaders to build consistent messaging and resolve regional critical metrics and marketing growth targets
• Plan and implement regional and local marketing events and campaigns, with post-event reporting to rigorously deploy, monitor, test, and adjust campaign strategies
• Direct the marketing team's work to create regionally relevant, integrated demand-focused, multi-channel programs by buyer type, persona, and segment that move clients through the sales funnel
• Drive regional key objectives for demand-focused programs while guiding and supporting buyer leaders and sub-regional growth marketing leaders

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing, including paid and organic campaign activations, and a track record in B2B and marketing communications. They will also have demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders in a sophisticated, matrixed environment.
