Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at EVERSANA Company.

About the Role:

• The Financial Analyst will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting various financial processes.
• You will contribute to the maintenance and updating of general ledger entries, ensure their accuracy and completeness, and support regular reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial data.
• You will also be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment disbursement, as well as managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and receipt of payments.
• In addition, you will contribute to the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making processes.
• You will collaborate with the team to develop and monitor budgets, and support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
2. SUPPORT REGULAR RECONCILIATIONS TO VERIFY THE INTEGRITY OF FINANCIAL DATA.
3. MANAGE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PROCESSES, INCLUDING INVOICE PROCESSING AND PAYMENT DISBURSEMENT.
4. MANAGE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, ENSURING TIMELY INVOICING AND RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS.
5. CONTRIBUTE TO THE PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, REPORTS, AND ANALYSES TO SUPPORT DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES.
6. COLLABORATE WITH THE TEAM TO DEVELOP AND MONITOR BUDGETS.
7. SUPPORT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDIT PROCESSES BY PROVIDING NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience as an Accountant, showcasing a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Bilingual or full-proficiency (C1 level) of both English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 financial software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in finance software and advanced skills in MS Excel.

Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per year
