Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team at Sinergy Srl. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure HSE compliance.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Dlgs 81/08 standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
