Solution Product Manager Job Description

About the Role:

Supermicro is seeking a seasoned Solution Product Manager to drive business growth in EMEA vertical markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and develop tactics to grow market share through strategically positioned Supermicro solutions.
  • Identify and address customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to inform platform portfolio strategy.
  • Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects and work with sales teams to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain vendor supplier relationships to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10+ years of product management/promotion experience with ability to influence customers.
  • Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, and network solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate, influence, and develop complex relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Self-motivated with ability to achieve and measure established goals.

Work Environment:

Primarily works indoors in an office setting with controlled climate conditions. May be susceptible to outdoor weather conditions.
