We are seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Expert to join our Service Management department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of service management principles and be able to effectively manage credit and debit notes, as well as after-sales orders.
Key responsibilities include ensuring proper internal authorization processes, maintaining effective relationships with various departments, and supporting Service Engineers in handling customer claims.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to develop and maintain effective relationships with Accounting, Sales, Logistic/Customer Service, and Quality departments.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
The internship lasts 6 months, full-time, and provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the after-sales area.
