About the Role:
We are seeking an Integration Support Specialist to assist in post-acquisition process integration, marketing campaigns, sales management, service operations, purchasing and logistics, IT integration, project management, change management, risk mitigation, and commercial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing Atlas Copco Group processes
- Implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Align the sales process with Atlas Copco's requirements
- Develop Service sales as a business opportunity
- Structure Service Operations to ensure efficient labor use
- Implement plans to improve inventory management and IT integration
- Coordinate process alignment activities and track progress
- Assist in change management efforts
- Identify and address integration issues promptly
- Gather, structure, and analyze data to monitor business results and integration progress
Qualifications:
- Mastery of Italian as a mother tongue and B1 level in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering
- Experience in project coordination and operational support
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to navigate complex business environments
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
