We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Expert to join our Supply Chain Processes, Systems and Digitalization Team within Operational Excellence and SC Transformation function at Sidel. The primary mission of this role is to define the optimized SAP template to manage factories through a unified Manufacturing System in collaboration with Process Drivers and Global Business Experts.
Key Responsibilities- Define and Implement SAP Template: Develop and implement a comprehensive SAP template to streamline Supply Chain operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Establish Global Business Expert Network: Create a network of Global Business Experts in SC functions and factories, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Process Drivers and Business Experts: Work closely with Process Drivers and Business Experts to streamline and digitalize manufacturing processes, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Support SAP Implementation and Migration: Provide support to IS Business Partners and IT Business Project Managers in the implementation of SAP and the migration to SAP4HANA across all Production Centers.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function through SAP solutions, evaluating and prioritizing requests to optimize Supply Chain performances.
- Provide SAP Expertise: Offer expertise in SAP systems and processes to optimize Supply Chain performances, ensuring compliance with Sidel Governance and Procedure.
- Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor's degree or above, with a strong background in Supply Chain operations and processes, including Supplier Management and Sales & Operations Planning.
- Languages: Fluent English; Italian or French is an advantage.
- Experience in SAP and/or SAP 4HANA: Proven experience in SAP and/or SAP 4HANA, with a strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and processes.
- Previous Experiences: Previous experiences in highly digitalized Industrial Companies as an IT Business Analyst or covering a relevant role in Supply Chain or as a Transformation Project Manager.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Change Management: Proven ability to manage change and drive process improvements, with a focus on Supply Chain operations and processes.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Permanent position, located in Parma, Italy.
