We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Innovator to join our team at Amazon Advertising's Brand Innovation Lab. You'll be responsible for developing innovative customer experience solutions that drive business results and exceed customer expectations.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling user experiences that engage and retain customers. You'll leverage your expertise in UX design, innovation, and customer understanding to develop strategic solutions that drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Developing innovative customer experience solutions that drive business results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Crafting compelling user experiences for our customers through collaboration with creative teams.
  • Designing and configuring end-to-end internal standardized solutions for landing pages.
  • Delivering high-fidelity UX flows and interactive prototypes that articulate non-linear experiences.
  • Collaborating across multiple teams to drive implementations of various types, including video, digital, voice integration, AR, and VR.
  • Working closely with program managers to ensure timelines, resources, and budget allocations meet project scope.
  • Developing multi-channel brand solutions that balance advertiser goals with customer goals.
  • Reviewing market developments and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for Amazon Advertising.
  • Creating scalable executions and revenue streams through innovative ideas and executions.
  • Communicating clearly with clients, planning, and the account team to ensure everyone understands the vision for creative solutions.
  • Contributing to the development of internal processes that streamline delivery.
