This role will also oversee risk management activities, ensuring the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, contractual requirements, and project schedules.
- Oversee risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Ensure the preparation of project quality and site quality plans, procedures, and audit schedules.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of project quality plans during execution.
- Guarantee that project staff are familiar with the project's Quality System.
- Manage project procedures, including coordination, control of variations, control of documentation, and tested compliance with the Project Quality Plan.
- Ensure the performance and surveillance of quality activities for assigned projects, in line with schedules and budgets.
- Interface with clients and third parties on quality-related topics.
- Manage the performance of audits with vendors and subcontractors, as required.
- Gather information on the progress of primary quality indicators for project monitoring.
- Collect evaluation elements for the operation of the project management system and formulate actions for improvement.
- Participate in the resolution of quality-related problems.
- Review subcontractors' quality systems, quality organizations, and procedures.
- Ensure the implementation of plant mechanical completion/handover management systems, in coordination with engineering, construction, and commissioning.
- Guarantee the execution of project risk activities, including project risk analysis and preparation of project risk reports.
- Monitor the implementation of control strategy actions and their efficacy.
- Prepare documentation relevant to project risks and opportunities for project review meetings and project control reporting.
- Ensure the collection of lessons learned from assigned projects and knowledge sharing on applicable lessons learned.
- Ensure continuous improvement of working tools.
- Participate in the development and update of company standards, procedures, and work instructions related to project quality assurance and control.
