The Role

Consider the media you interact with daily—from the advertisements you encounter to the applications you utilize and the websites you explore. It is likely that each of these experiences has been influenced by an Adobe product.

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to enhance our Professional Services delivery team in Italy.

As a Senior Enterprise Architect at Adobe, you will be an innovative thinker, a proactive problem solver, and a dedicated learner, eager to share insights across various teams. Your expertise in marketing technology, combined with a robust understanding of enterprise architecture, will enable you to establish and develop the North Star architecture and roadmap. You will guide clients as a domain expert and collaborate with them as a trusted advisor in executing their digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Digital Strategists to define and articulate the business and technology vision, objectives, drivers, and key performance indicators.
  • Comprehend the enterprise landscape, along with the business and technical capabilities necessary to fulfill clients' objectives.
  • Develop a technology strategy that assists both Business and IT in executing use cases and capabilities that extend beyond the digital marketing sphere.
  • Construct comprehensive enterprise target architectures that encompass solution, data, integration, and business architecture perspectives.
  • Empower project teams to identify and formulate business use cases, leveraging Adobe products and their integrations within a client's ecosystem.
  • Create roadmaps to guide clients toward their optimal state while ensuring the effective adoption of technological capabilities and delivering incremental business value.
  • Serve as a design authority, ensuring that all architectural activities and deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with existing policies and strategies.
  • Provide guidance on Data Privacy, Security, Global Deployments, and the complexities of Cloud Environments.
  • Cultivate relationships with executive and senior client leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with key Adobe, business, and IT partners throughout the client engagement process.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture frameworks, along with business and technical roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and experience solutions, such as Adobe Experience Platform, including systems that support it like CDP and MDM.
  • Extensive experience with architecture frameworks, particularly TOGAF.
  • Proven experience collaborating with software engineers, solution architects, data architects, application developers, and data scientists to design end-to-end solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey outcomes, share information, and lead discussions.
  • Capability to communicate effectively at the C-Level and guide the execution of architectural vision across multi-functional technical and strategic teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discussions on strategy, business and marketing goals, and translate these into technical solutions and architectural requirements.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Proficiency in Italian is essential, as most clients will be based in Italy, along with fluency in English for the international work environment. Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
