About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fund Management Intern to join our team at Colliers. As a Junior Fund Management Intern, you will provide support to the Senior Fund Manager in various aspects of fund management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing the Fund's Business Plan and periodic updates, including the drafting of sensitivity scenarios.
  • Prepare necessary documents for committees, deliberative bodies, and investors.
  • Evaluate new investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Asset and Valuation functions.

Requirements

  • Excellent academic career path in financial and economic disciplines, with a Master's degree in Real Estate (RE) being a plus.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector, particularly in fund/investment/transaction divisions, is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
